The vacation home for couples

This spacious two-storey apartment offers plenty of room to relax and is particularly suitable for couples or small families. In the bedroom or in the living room there is enough space for an extra bed or a cot. A staircase leads from the living room with the open kitchen to the upper floor. Upstairs is the bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC as well as the large bedroom with a beautiful view of the garden.

Living room (35 m²) with fully equipped kitchen/dining room, dining table and sofa. On request, additional folding bed (120/190 cm) with good mattress for 1 person. Direct exit to the outdoor area with barbecue, to the communal garden with swimming pool, pétanque and parking area.

Large bedroom with double bed and walk-in wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, shower and separate WC.

Size

The two floor, 70 m² apartment has a living room with dining area and sofa, an open kitchen and a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m) and garden view . An additional folding bed and a child's bed can be made available.

Kitchen

The generously equipped kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. A Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine as well as kitchen and table linens are at your disposal.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub and a separate WC. Towels and sheets are provided. We advise that you bring your own bath towels for the swimming pool or the beach.

Car park

Closed private car park.

Garden & pool

By direct access, you reach your own terrace with a barbecue as well as the common garden with our swimming pool, pétanque and other terraces. Sun loungers and parasols are there for you to relax.

WiFi

In the apartment and in the garden you have free WLAN access. If large amounts of data are required (ex. streaming), we recommend setting up your own hotspot.

The holiday apartment for families

This lovingly furnished three-bedroom holiday apartment offers plenty of space with three floors – ideal for seven people. On request, a cot can be made available. From the living room, an old rustic stone staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the first floor. The bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a second toilet are also on this floor. The attic with three single beds is accessible by a wooden staircase. From each bedroom there is a magnificent view of the garden.
